المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية ...بين المحفزات والمعوقات

الملخص
تحتل الجزائر حاليا مكانة ريادية على المستوى العربي والإسلامي في مجال التمثيل النسوي داخل المجالس المنتخبة وهي نتيجة حصلها نضال المرأة الجزائرية من جهة وأفرزتها آليات التمكين وجهود التنمية الموجهة لها من طرف السلطات العمومية عبر الحكومات المتعاقبة منذ الاستقلال إلى غاية يومنا هذا من جهة ثانية . وجاء كل ذلك إما تحت غطاء تجسيد توجهات وطنية أحيانا أو تنفيذ التزامات دولية صادقت عليها الدولة وتتعلق بحقوق المرأة أحيانا أخرى ، وبعد سن ترسانة قانونية تضمن تثبيت العنصر النسوي في الهيئات المنتخبة المحلية منها والتشريعية تعالت الأصوات المنادية بتسليط الضوء على مدى تناغم هذه القوانين مع التمثيل الفعلي في تلك المجالس ثم طبيعة الأداء الصادر عن النساء اللواتي حظين بهذا " الفيتو " السياسي. وهنا يبرز هدف دراستنا في معرفة آليات تمكين المرأة من الممارسة السياسية ، ومدى تطبيق هذه الآليات وانعكاسات ذلك على التواجد الفعلي للنساء في الحقل السياسي ونوعية أدائهن فيه . Abstract : Nowadays, Algeria is taking a leading position at the level of Arabic and Islamic courts.. It is the result of the struggle of Algerian women, on the one hand, and the mechanisms of empowerment and the development efforts directed at them by the public authorities through successive governments from independence to the present day, on the other. These hints are sticked and entailed in the politic field;precisely,and in the counter part, this faces the greatest existence of the remaing domains and fields ;this consequence(product) occurs because of two main reasons :Firstly ,the perseverance and resistance of women in one side and on the other side ,the availability and the adequacy of materials that are provided and yielded by public forces during the alternative presidency since liberation to our current days, and this comes either by national oriented applications or by international decisive fixations that Algeria (our nation) is negotiated about . These laws are deeply related to and for the rights of women;more clearly, after legal law fixation ;this ensures the women's role in various domains ;for instance ,national selection and legislation. This in turn , it sheds the light on the cohesive and harmonized performance between the suitability of work and laws ,also the appropriateness of their work ;for example, the VITO right . Here ,our study's purpose is to know the induced enginic materials that enable women in such practices ; especially, politics ,also to ascertain to what extent their performance'qualities . To answer this question as the following: Whether do supporting materials enable women to practise in politic side ?And to confirm their existence and inclusion in the courts in an adequate way.
