الملخص
الملخص: استهدفت الدراسة تشخيص قطاع العمل الاجتماعي الأردني وتقييمه والتدخل به، بموجب طرقها البحثية النوعية المتمثلة في تحليل النظام وتحليل المضمون والملاحظة والمقارنة ، وتبين من مجمل نتائجها مايلي: يواجه قطاع العمل الاجتماعي الأردني تحديات جسام مردها تشريعاته الكثيرة ومؤسساته المتعددة وعدم مهننة وظائف العاملين فيه وغياب حصر فئات مستهدفيه وتجزؤ إسترايتجاته وتواضع إمكاناته المالية وعدم اعتماد مؤسساته وضبط جودة خدماتها، وضعف فاعليته وكفاءته ، وقابلته للتطوير بموجب حزمة من التدخلات التشريعية والإدارية والسياسية والتعليمية. The study aimed atthe diagnosis of the Jordanian social work sector in terms of evaluation and intervention in accordance with itsqualitative research methodsrepresented in system analysis, content analysis, observation and comparison. The overall findings of the study are as follows: the Jordanian social work sector faces tremendous challenges attributed to many legislations, multiple institutions , non-professionalization of the employees ,the absence of limiting the targeted categories,the fragmentation of its strategies, its humble financial potential, the non-accreditation of its institutions, the inability to control its services quality, the weakness of its effectiveness and efficiency and its developability under a package of legislative, administrative, political and educational interventions.
