الملخص
لقد عالج ماكس فيبر العديد من القضايا الفكرية والسياسية وحتى الفلسفية ولاسيما الفعل السياسي كمنتج للعلاقات الاجتماعية لكن فيبر عمل على التنظير للفعل السياسي وفق مرجعية أخلاقية تفرض عليه جملة من المحددات تلزمه على التواصل مع المجتمع وفق مبادئ تضمن الحقوق والحريات للأفراد داخل المجال العام من خلال تبني قناعات ومسؤوليات تساهم في ترسيخ ثقافة التعايش والتحاور والتعالي على الإقصاء والهيمنة الغير الشرعية التي تبرر قيام الأنظمة الشمولية والمستبدة التي تلغي قيم الالتزام المجتمعي والأفعال العقلانية التي تخدم الصالح العام . Max weber was deeply preoccupied with several intellectual, political and even philosophical issues, especially political act as a source of social relations. His work is theoretically established with referring to ethical background. That obliged him to communicate within the society according to the principles which ensure the rights and liberties for individuals within a public sphere. Through adoption of certain convention and by means of accepting responsibilities which contribute to focusing on the consolidation of a culture of coexistence and constructive dialogue. This can be achieved far from exclusion and domination that justify the establishment of totalitarian and despotic regimes in which all social commitment and relational acts are excluded.
