الملخص
عرف العالم تطورا كبيرا أدى إلى زيادة حاجات الإنسان ما زاد من متطلبات الدولة ، لذلك فوضت للإدارة المحلية تقديم الخدمة لسكان الإقليم، هذا التطور أدى إلى زيادة ظهور ظاهرة الفساد، ولمعالجة هذه الظاهرة تبنت الإدارة المحلية مبادئ الحوكمة المحلية من أجل الارتقاء بخدمة المواطن. الكلمات المفتاحية: الإدارة المحلية، الحوكمة المحلية، اللامركزية، الجماعات المحلية، الخدمة العمومية. Abstract : The world has developed a great development that led to increasing the needs of the human being, which increased the requirements of the state.
