المهمة المستحيلة لمعلم المرحلة الابتدائية في الجزائـر دراسة ميدانية بمدارس مدينة الأغواط The Impossible Mission Of The Primary School Teacher In Algeria A Field Study In The Schools Of The City Of Laghouat

الملخص
ملخص تعتبر وظيفة المعلم من أنبل الوظائف وأعظمها في تاريخ الإنسانية على مر العصور،ولكن تغير الحال اليوم،وأصبحت عندنا في الجزائر مهنة صعبة ومتعبة،بل مهمة مستحيلة على الإطلاق،وذلك بسبب الكم الهائل من المشكلات التي تحيط بالمعلم من جميع النواحي،وتعيقه على أداء وظيفته،ولذا جاءت هذه الدراسة محاولة الكشف عن أهم المشكلات التي يعاني منها معلمو المدارس الابتدائية بالأغواط من وجهة نظرهم،وبيان مدى اختلاف هذه المشكلات تبعاً لاختلاف متغيرات الدراسة :الجنس ومادة التدريس وسنوات الخبرة، و قد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي،وشمل مجتمع الدراسة 211 معلماً ومعلمة، تم اختيار عينة منهم بطريقة عشوائية قوامها 93 معلماً ومعلمة،ولجمع البيانات أعد الباحثان استبانة تحتوي على 50 بندا موزعة على خمس مجالات هي:(مشكلات تتعلق بالمعلم، مشكلات تتعلق بالمتعلم، مشكلات تتعلق بالمنهاج، مشكلات تتعلق بالإدارة المدرسية،مشكلات تتعلق بأولياء الأمور)،وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة بأن المشكلات التي تتعلق بأولياء الأمور جاءت في المرتبة الأولى، ثم تليها المشكلات التي تتعلق بالمنهاج،وفي المرتبة الثالثة المشكلات الخاصة بالتلاميذ،ثم المشكلات التي تتعلق بالإدارة المدرسية،وأخيراً المشكلات التي تتعلق بالمعلم وذلك وفق مقياس ليكيرت الخماسي،كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة تقدير أفراد العينة لهذه المشكلات تعزى لمتغير الجنس،ومادة التدريس، كما كشفت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين أفراد العينة في المشكلات التي تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى عدد من المقترحات التي نرى أنها قد تساعد هذه الفئة المهمة في المجتمع على أداء وظيفتها الهامة والخطيرة على أكمل وجه. Abstarct The teacher’s job is one of the greatest and noblest jobs in the history of humanity throughout the ages. But the situation has changed today, and it has become a difficult and tiring career in Algeria, if not impossible at all, because of the big amount of problems that are surrounding the teacher in all sides and hindering the performance of his job. So this study has come as an attempt to detect the most important problems that the teachers of primary schools face in Laghouat, in their point of view of course, and show the differences between these problems according to the differences of the study variables(sex, teaching item, years of experience). The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach, and the study population included all teachers (male, female), then a sample of 93 (male, female) has been selected randomly. And to collect data, the researchers prepared a questionnaire containing 50 items divided into five areas: (problems related to teachers, problems related to learners, problems related to the approach, problems related to school management, problems related to parents). The study results have showed that the problems related to parents came first, followed by problems related to the approach, and in third place the problems related to pupils, then problems related to school management, and finally the problems related to the teacher, of course according to Likertscale. The study has also showed that there are statistical significant differences in the degree of respondents appreciation to the problems related to (sex variable, teaching item variable). The study has also detected that there are no statistical significant differences between the sample members in the problems related to (years of experience variable). The study was concluded with a number of proposals that we believe that may help this group improve the performance of their important and serious job in the society in a best way.
