الملخص
تعد قراءة التراث من المسائل الضرورية والهامة، في فهم الذات والوعي بمسألة الهوية، بغية إدراك حجم الرهانات والتحديات الواجب رفعها. فمن أجل فهم تراثنا المثقل بالتوكيد والوثوقية، الذي مازال يشكل مجالا للامفكر فيه، على أساس أنه من المواضيع الذي اعتاد على مناقشتها رجال الدين والفقهاء، على أساس أنها من صلاحيتهم، وذلك بإعادة إنتاج نفس الخطاب المتعارف عليه، وكل من يخرج عن هذه الدائرة، فهو مبتدع ومارق.وعلى هذا الأساس حاولنا أن نستأنس بمسألة التأويل وأهميته في فك لبس مسألة التراث . The reading of heritage is a necessary and important issue for the understanding of self and the other, in order to understand the issues and the challenges ahead. To understand our heritage, dominated by orthodoxy and the dogma , the clerics used the same foundation of legitimations to reproduce the same recognized discourse, and all who transcend and emancipate this line traced by the clerics, would be considered as perverts and disbelievers. For this reason, we have given much importance in this article to the question of hermeneutics Known for destroying dogmatic fences
