الملخص
لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة صيام يوم السبت في غير الفريضة، ويهدف هذا البحث إلى توضيح المقصود من حديث النبي (صلى الله عليه وسلم) في النهي عن صيام يوم السبت حيث تكمن أهمية البحث في حل المشكلة المتعلقة بصيام يوم السبت في النوافل المقيدة، وقد اتبع الباحث في هذه الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن النهي عن صوم يوم السبت في النوافل المطلقة. الكلمات المفتاحية: صيام، السبت، الفريضة Abstract: This study dealt with fasting on Saturdays in matters other than the obligatory, and this research aims to clarify the meaning of the hadith of the Prophet (may God bless him and grant him peace) in the prohibition of fasting on Saturdays, where the importance of research lies in solving the problem related to fasting on Saturdays in the restricted supererogatory prayers, and the researcher followed In this study, the analytical inductive approach, and the results of the study showed that the prohibition of fasting on Saturday is in the absolute supererogatory prayers.
