This study seeks to address the issue of the relationship of organizational justice allegiance this is why this study is divided into a theoretical side where different theories that have had a prominent role in both the current study (organizational justice, organizational loyalty) is clarified. The field study focuses on the reality of human resource management practices in one of the national economic institutions, by shedding light on the extent of application of organizational justice in procedures and policies followed in the distribution and treatment of personnel and the impact of all this on loyalty and belonging to the institution.
