الملخص
ملخص : هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى محاولة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الانفعالي ومستوى الطموح لدى الطالب الجامعي، اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي كونه الملائم لدراستنا، وتم تحديد عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، يقدر حجمها بك 90 طالب وطالبة في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية من كل التخصصات والمستويات الدراسية الثلاثة نظام (ل م د) من جامعة مولود معمري تيزي وزو – قطب تامدة. تم تطبيق أداتين لجمع المعلومات مقياس الذكاء الانفعالي ومقياس مستوى الطموح، وكانت نتائج الدراسة في في وجود علاقة ارتباط بين الذكاء الانفعالي ومختلف أبعاد مستوى الطموح، بمعنى كلما ارتفع نمو الذكاء الانفعالي لدى الطالب الجامعي كلما ازداد ارتفاع مستوى الطموح لديه. Abstract : The present study aimed to attempt to detect the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and level of ambition with a college student, we relied on the descriptive approach being appropriate for our study was to determine the study sample the way simple random, estimated size of your 90 students in the college of humanities and social sciences from all disciplines and levels of study the three system (l m d) of the university of mouloud mammeri tizi ouzou (tamda), tools have been applied to the collection of information measure of emotional intelligence and level of ambition, and the results of the study in the existence of a correlation between emotional intelligence and the various dimensions of the level of ambition, the sense that the higher the growth of emotional intelligence among college student the greater the rise in the level of ambition has.
