الملخص
ملخص الدراسة باللغة العربية : هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر أساتذة كلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة تيزي وزو، ولمعالجة ذلك استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استبانة وزعت على عينة مكونة من 70 أستاذ جامعي وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية أسفرت النتائج على أن التعليم عن بعد لا يزال في بدايته ،فهناك معوقات كثيرة تحول دون تطبيقه كافتقار الجامعة لاستراتيجيه فعالة في هذا المجال ونقص الإمكانيات المادية وعدم تكوين الأساتذة والطلبة ،لذا وجدنا الطلبة لم يستحسنوا هذا النوع من التعليم ،فلم يتفاعلوا ولم تثير دافعيتهم ،بل تدنى التحصيل الدراسي لديهم ، ويبقى الهدف من التعليم عن بعد من وجهة نظر الأساتذة هو مواكبة التطور والتقدم ،فهو داعم للعملية التعليمية ،لكن لا يمكن الاستغناء عن التعليم التقليدي. ملخص الدراسة باللغة الانجليزية The study is aims to identify the reality of distance Learning from the point of views of the teachers at the faculty of humanities and social sciences at Tizi ouzou university. To address this issue the researcher used the descriptive analytical method through a questionnaire that was administered to a sample of 70 university teachers. Therefore after the treatment of the data using a statistical method , the results revealed that distance learning is still in its initial stages because there are many obstacles to its application. As far as students are concerned, so we found out that they did not totally embark in this type of learning. Finally the goal of distance education from the point of view of teachers is to keep up with development and progress since it supports the teaching process, but cannot do without traditional education.
