The Impact Of Organizational Support On Achievement Motivation: An Analytical Study Of Healthcare Workers In The Wilaya Of Djelfa

Abstract

This study aims to explore the extent to which organizational support affects achievement motivation among employees in public hospitals in the Wilaya of djelfa . To achieve this objective, scales (questionnaires) were distributed to a random sample of (18) workers in various professional categories. The results indicated that the level of workers' perception of organizational support and achievement motivation was average, and that organizational support does not have a significant impact on achievement motivation among employees.
