Résumé

At a decisive turning point in its development, the Algerian University is questioning its own actors by rethinking its structures and foundations according to the dual principle of pedagogical and technological innovation. Fully aware, moreover, of the oppositions that shake it and the inhibitions that run through it, this national institution calmly reconsiders its pedagogical and scientific foundations in the light of the theories and achievements of the human and social sciences.
