ترسيخ الديمقراطية عبر الأبعاد الرقمية: دور المواطنة الرقمية في تعميق القيم الديمقراطية بين الشباب ؛ (دراسة تحليلية)

الملخص
يتناول البحث الحالي دور المواطنة الرقمية كمفهوم متعدد الأبعاد في تعزيز القيم الديمقراطية لدى الشباب في عصر العولمة الرقمية، حيث ستركز الدراسة على تحليل تأثيرات المشاركة الفعّالة للشباب في البيئة الرقمية على تشكيل قيم العدالة والمساواة، المسؤولية، المصداقية، المشاركة، حرية التعبير عن الرأي وحقوق الانسان، و قد تم توظيف المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه الأداة الأنسب لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج تُظهر بوضوح أن المواطنة الرقمية تُكوّن ركيزة أساسية في بناء قيم الديمقراطية لدى الشباب: بِفهم المسؤولية الرقمية يُمكن للشباب أن يكونوا عناصر تحول إيجابية في المشهد الرقمي، وذلك من خلال تعزيز المصداقية وحرية التعبير، وبالمشاركة الفعّالة، يسهمون في تحقيق توازن بين الحرية الرقمية وحقوق الانسان، ويشاركون في تشكيل السياق الرقمي بطريقة تعزز التنوع والمساواة، كما أبرزت الدراسة أهمية تفعيل حقوق الانسان لبناء مجتمع رقمي مستدام. The current research explores the role of digital citizenship as a multi-dimensional concept in promoting democratic values among youth in the era of digital globalization. We will focus on analyzing the effects of youth's active engagement in the digital environment on shaping values such as justice, equality, responsibility, credibility, participation, freedom of expression, and human rights. The study employed a descriptive-analytical methodology as the most suitable approach to accomplish its objectives. The findings clearly demonstrated that digital citizenship serves as a foundational element in fostering democratic values among the youth. A profound understanding of digital responsibility empowers young individuals to become positive contributors to the digital landscape by enhancing credibility and freedom of expression. Through active participation, they play a crucial role in striking a balance between digital freedom and human rights, thereby shaping the digital environment in a manner that advocates for diversity and equality. The study underscored the paramount importance of activating human rights to construct a sustainable digital society.
