الملخص
الملخص يعتبر الطفل الحلقة الأضعف في المجتمع،والأولى بالرعاية والحماية من طرف كل من حوله، لأنه يشكل المستقبل الزاهر لأسرته ودولته والعالم أجمع، وعليه أقرت كل الاتفاقيات الدولية والقوانين الداخلية العديد من الحقوق وكفلت حمايتها من الانتهاك، ومن هذه الحقوق حق الرعاية الصحية للطفل، هذا الحق الذي يحافظ على البناء الجسماني والنفسي والعقلي للطفل لينمو نموا سليما، وأولاه المشرع الجزائري اهتماما بالغا خاصة في قانون الصحة الأخير، واعتمد في ذلك على وسيلتين وسيلة وقائية لتجنيبه الإصابة بالأمراض، ووسيلة حماية من خلال برامج نوعية مسطرة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحماية، الطفل،الرعاية الصحية،القانون الجزائري Abstract The child is the weakest link in society, and the first to be cared for and protected by all around him ,Because he constitutes the bright future of his family, his State and the world at large. Accordingly, all international conventions and domestic laws have recognized many rights and protected them from violation. These include the right to health care for the child, This right that maintains the physical, psychological and mental construction of the child to grow properly, The Algerian legislature paid special attention to the latter's health law.
