أهمية العامل الاقتصادي والبيئي في تأسيس المدينة الإسلامية وتنظيم مجالها الداخلي من خلال أراء مفكري العمران الإسلامي ونصوص الحسبة

الملخص
سنتطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى المعايير والأسس والمبادئ التي تشكلت في إطارها المدينة الإسلامية، والتي يمكن إبرازها في تصوُّر المفكرين و الفلاسفة و فقهاء العمران الإسلامي، من خلال تفهمهم للمصادر والأحكام التي يتم استنباطها من مبادئ الشريعة الاسلامية، والبيئة العمرانية، فكان لهذا التخطيط تأثير على شكل المباني الخارجي والداخلي ليعطيها هوية معمارية تعكس فكر وذوق المجتمع في المدينة، والمتمثلة في الأفكار المعمارية ،التي تتوافق مع البيئة المناخية و الاقتصادية ، فنتج عنه اختيار مواقع مثالية فتقدمت الصناعات بأنواعها وازدهرت التجارة، في إطار النظم والقوانين التي تقوم على تنفيذها المؤسسات التي تسهر على نظام المدينة الإسلامية، ورعاية شؤونها وتوجيه تخطيطها الاقتصادي والتجاري وفق منهج يهدف إلى تحقيق مصلحة الفرد ومصلحة الجماعة معا، تقريرا لمبدأ دفع الضرر مقدم على جلب المنفعة. : In this research paper, we will discuss the standards, foundations and principles within which the Islamic city was formed, which can be highlighted in the perception of thinkers, philosophers and jurists of Islamic urbanism, through their understanding of the sources and rulings, which are derived from the principles of Islamic law and the urban environment. This planning had an impact. In the external and internal shape of the buildings to give them an architectural identity that reflects the thought and taste of the community in the city, represented by architectural ideas that are compatible with the climatic and economic environment, which resulted in the selection of ideal sites, so industries of all kinds advanced and trade flourished, within the framework of the systems and laws that institutions are implementing. Which ensures the order of the Islamic city, takes care of its affairs and directs its economic and commercial planning. According to an approach that aims to achieve the interest of the individual and the interest of the group together, based on the principle of preventing harm over bringing benefit.
