الملخص
تعتبر المكتبات العامة أهم مؤسسات المعلومات وأعرقها. وأكثر أنواع المكتبات شهرة وأداء عبر التاريخ. وكانت تسمى بجامعة الشعب. لذا فهي دائما ضمن اهتمامات المنظمات العالمية للتطوير والتحديث والجودة. ﻟﻘﺩ ﺍﻫﺘﻤﺕ ﻤﻨﻅﻤﺔ إيزو ﺒﻨﺸﺎﻁ ﺠﻤﻴﻊ ﺍﻟﻤﺅﺴﺴﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭﻴﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺩﻤﺎﺘﻴﺔ، ﻜﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﻨﺎﻟﺕ ﺒﺩﻭﺭﻫﺎ ﻗﺴﻁﺎ ﻭﻓﻴﺭﺍ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻫﺘﻤﺎﻤﺎﺕ ﻫﺫﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﻅﻤﺔ، ﺨﺎﺼﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻜﺘﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﺔ، ﺤﻴﺙ ﺨﺼﺼﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻴﺎﺭ رقم 11620 ﻟﺫﻟﻙ.ﻓﻜﻴﻑ ﻨﻌﺭﻑ ﺒﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻴﺎﺭ؟ وكيف يساهم في تطوير أداء المكتبات العامة، التي تعتبر الواجهة الثقافية والعلمية الأولى لجميع فئات القراء. Public libraries are considered the most important and prestigious information institutions. called the University of the People. Therefore, it is always among the concerns of international organizations for development, modernization and quality. ISO has actively taken care of all commercial and service institutions, and libraries have in turn received a large share of the concerns of this organization, especially public libraries, where the standard is allocated to Q11620 for that. How does it contribute to the development of the performance of public libraries, which are the first cultural and scientific interface for all categories of readers.
