الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على مدى إقبال الطالبات المقبلات على التخرج خلال السنة الجامعية 2022-2023 على القرار الوزاري الجديد رقم 1275، والمتمثل في مشروع "شهادة تخرج- مؤسسة ناشئة، شهادة- براءة اختراع"، قمنا بدراسة استطلاعية بجامعة المدية، تمثلت في متابعة إجراءات بداية تطبيق القرار في خمس(05) كلّيات، وتوصلنا إلى أن الطالبات أكثر إقبالا من الطلبة الذكور على مشروع القرار، وهذا ما يؤكد بأن هناك اتجاه للمتخرجات من الجامعة نحو العمل المقاولاتي؛ وهو ما يُوحي بان القرار يُعتبر بمثابة استراتيجية لتنمية المقاولاتية النسائية في الجزائر في السنوات المقبلة. في الأخير، خرجنا بمجموعة من التوصيات تصب في مجملها على التّحسيس بالأهمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للمقاولاتية النسائية، والعمل على التوضيح الجيّد للآليات الحكومية الداعمة لهذا المجال، والتأكيد على الدور الاستراتيجي للجامعة وضرورة تبسيط مختلف الإجراءات، من أجل الخروج باستراتيجية واضحة تشجع المتخرجات من الجامعة على العمل المقاولاتي. This study aimed to determine the extent to which female students who are about to graduate in the academic year 2022-2023, are interested in the new Ministerial resolution No 1275, which is represented in the project of "graduation certificate - an emerging institution, a certificate – patent" We conducted an exploratory study at the University of Medea, where we followed up the procedures for the beginning of the implementation of the resolution in five (05) colleges, We found that female students are more popular than male students on the new project, and this confirms that there is a trend for female graduates from the university towards entrepreneurial work, this suggests that the resolution is considered a strategy for developing women's entrepreneurship in Algeria in the coming years. We came up with a set of recommendations, that focus in their entirety on raising awareness of the economic and social importance of women's entrepreneurship, working to clarify well the government mechanisms supporting this field, and emphasizing the role of the university and the need to simplify various procedures, in order to come up with a clear strategy, that encourages female graduates of the university to work in entrepreneurship.
