تقييم التوجه الريادي للطلبة الجامعيين نحو المقاولاتية الخضراء في ظل القرار 1275 باستخدام نموذج (boissin) - دراسة استطلاعية لعينة من الطلبة الجامعيين-

الملخص
نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة تقصي توجه الطلبة نحو المقاولاتية الخضراء في ظل القرار 1275 لمعرفة مساهمة هذه الآلية في تشجيع المشاريع المتعلقة بالبيئة والتنمية المستدامة. لتحقيق ذلك تم تصميم استبيان بالاعتماد على نموذج Boissin الذي يدرس العوامل المؤثرة على وجود نية التوجه نحو المقاولاتية عند الطلبة والمتمثلة في وجود الرغبة في إنشاء المشاريع، تأثير المعايير الاجتماعية وإدراك السلوك المقاولاتي، تم معالجة 405 استبيان باستخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS. توصلت الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن هناك رغبة في إنشاء مشاريع مقاولاتية خضراء من حيث وجود الأفكار والجهود المبذولة للبحث عن المعلومات، بفعل وجود دوافع عديدة كان أبرزها الرغبة في الاستقلالية واعتبار التوجه الأخضر هو المجال المستقبلي للمشاريع، لكن يبقى عدم وجود إدراك كافي بالمقاولاتية الخضراء الناتج عن غياب التكوين والخبرة وقلة الوصول إلى الموارد خاصة التكنولوجية والمادية منها عائقا أما هؤلاء الطلبة، ما يستدعي بالضرورة من صناع القرار والمرافقين مراعاة مزيد من الاهتمام مستقبلا بالتكوين والتدريب، التمكين من الموارد خاصة التكنولوجية منها، وتسهيل التعاون والتشارك مع أصحاب الخبرات ورواد الأعمال الخضراء قصد الاستفادة منهم أكثر في إطار القرار 1275. Abstract : This study aim to investigate students’ orientation towards green entrepreneurship within the framework of Resolution 1275 to know the contribution of this mechanism in encouraging projects related to the environment and sustainable development. To achieve this, a questionnaire was designed based on the Boissin model, which studies the factors affecting the presence of the intention to move towards entrepreneurship among students, namely the presence of the desire to establish projects, the influence of social standards and perception of entrepreneurial behavior. 405 questionnaires were analyzed using the statistical analysis program SPSS. The study reached the conclusion that there is a desire to establish green entrepreneurship projects in terms of the presence of ideas and efforts made to search for information, this is due to the presence of many motives, the most prominent of which was the desire for independence and considering the green orientation as the future field of entrepreneurship. However, the lack of sufficient awareness of green entrepreneurship resulting from the absence of training and experience and the lack of access to resources, especially technological and material ones, remains an obstacle for these students. This requires decision-makers and those involved in the field of entrepreneurship to take into account more attention in the future to training and education, to provide resources, especially technological ones, and to facilitate cooperation and partnership with those with expertise and green entrepreneurs in order to benefit from them more within the framework of Resolution 1275.
