الملخص
الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل واقع الخدمات العمومية الإلكترونية على مستوى بلدية البويرة خلال الفترة 2012-2023، وذلك من خلال عرض كافة الإحصائيات التي تعبر عن تطور تطبيقات الخدمات العمومية الإلكترونية المقدمة في مجال الشؤون الاجتماعية؛ حيث تم إنتهاج كل من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج الإحصائي في مراحل ومواضع مختلفة من البحث. أما بالنسبة لنتائج الدراسة، إتضح أن بلدية البويرة عملت جاهدة على تجسيد إستراتيجية وزارة الداخلية والجماعات المحلية والتهيئة العمرانية في التوجه الفعلي نحو تقديم الخدمات العمومية إلكترونيا، فيما يخص وثائق المتعلقة بالمجال الاجتماعي، أدى بذلك إلى إستحسان المواطنين وتحقيق رضاهم على الطفرة النوعية للخدمات العمومية الإلكترونية المقدمة على مستوى بلدية البويرة. Abstract: The study aims to analyze the reality of electronic public services at the level of the municipality of Bouira during the period (2012-2023), by presenting all statistics that express the development of applications of electronic public services provided in the field of social affairs. Both the descriptive analytical approach and the statistical approach were adopted at different stages and locations of the research. As for the results of the study, it became clear that the municipality of Bouira worked hard to embody the strategy of the Ministry of the Interior, Local Collectivities and Urban Development in the actual trend towards providing public services electronically, with regard to documents related to the social field. This led to the approval of citizens and achieving their satisfaction with the qualitative boom in electronic public services provided. At the municipality level of Bouira.
