التنبؤ الشرطي وتعزيز الأداء الامني بتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي

الملخص
في ظل التحول الرقمي والبيئة الرقمية اصبح لزوما على كل الدول عصرنة مرافقها بما يتماشى وتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي و مع التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي اصبح التنبؤ بالظواهر امرا حتميا على كل الدول , يستلزم دراستها وتفحصها واستعمال جميع البيانات من اجل التصدي لها قبل حدوثها كما هو الحال لظاهرة الزلازل وفي ظل عولمة الجريمة و مع تطور اساليب الاجرام وابتكار وسائل وأدوات حديثة لارتكابها وطمس معالمها نجد انفسنا تحت حتمية البحث عن طرق تواكب هذه العولمة فكان المسعى الجديد هو التنبؤ الشرطي الذي يعتبر من بين الأهداف التي تسعى دولة القانون لتحقيقها وذلك من خلال نظرة استشرافية ورؤى مستقبلية مستندين على خوارزميات ونتائج لا لبس فيها لتوقيف المجرمين بالاعتماد على تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي . In light of the digital transformation and digital environment, it has become necessary for all countries to modernize their facilities in line with the applications of artificial intelligence, and with scientific and technological progress, predicting phenomena has become an imperative for all countries, requiring their study, examination, and use of all data in order to confront them before they occur, as is the case with the phenomenon of earthquakes. In light of the globalization of crime and the development of criminal methods and the innovation of modern means and tools to commit it and obscure its features, we find ourselves under the inevitability of searching for ways to keep pace with this globalization.
