دور الديوان الوطني للاوقاف والزكاة في حماية وتسيير الاملاك الوقفية

الملخص
يكتسي الوقف أهمية بالغة لأنه يعتبر أهم عبادة مالية تنتفع بها طائفة كبرى من المجتمع من جهة ويتقرب بها صاحبها من الله سبحانه وتعالى لذا وجب الاهتمام بالأملاك الوقفية والمحافظة عليها وتنميتها وحسن استثمارها من هذا المنطلق حرصت الجزائر على توفير كل الضمانات التي من شانها حماية هذه الأملاك وحسن استغلالها حتى تعود بالنفع على العباد والبلاد وهو ما تم تجسيده من خلال انشاء الديوان الوطني للأوقاف والزكاة الذي يعتبر انشاؤه في حد ذاته قفزة نوعية في مسار الحماية التي تسعى الدولة جاهدة لتوفيرها لهذه الأملاك لذا سلاطنا الضوء من خلال هذه الدراسة على دور هذا الديوان في حسن تسيير هذه الأملاك من جهة وكذا المهام التي اسندت اليه وما دوره في توفير الحماية اللازمة لهذا النوع من الاملاك وهذا حتى يعود لها بريقها من جديدة وتكون بمثابة القاطرة التي تدفع الاقتصاد الوطني للأمام. Summary The Waqf holds Great importance as it is considered the most significant financial worship benefiting a large segment of society on one hand and bringing its owner closer to Allah on the other. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to Waqf properties, preserve them, develop them, and invest them properly. In this context, Algeria has been keen on providing all guarantees to protect these properties and ensure their optimal utilization for the benefit of worshipers and the country. This was manifested through the establishment of the National Office of Endowments and Zakat, which is considered a qualitative leap in the path of protection that the state is diligently seeking to provide for these properties. Hence, this study sheds light on the role of this office in managing these properties effectively, as well as the tasks assigned to it and its role in providing the necessary protection for This type of properties to restore their brilliance and serve as the locomotive driving the national economy forward Keywords: Waqf,, Investment of Endowment Properties,, Protection of Endowment, Properties, Management of Endowment Properties,, National Office of Endowments and Zakat
