الملخص
ملخص هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أهمية تنمية الكفاءات التسييرية للإطارات في تعزيز الإبداع الإداري في المؤسسة، خاصة في ظل ما يعرفه العالم حاليا بفعل التطورات المتسارعة في شتى المجالات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ضرورة ارتكاز ممارسات تنمية الكفاءات التسييرية على أسس علمية، واقعية و مدروسة، ترتبط بمتطلبات تعزيز الفكر الإبداعي في المجال الإداري، و كذلك حتمية توفير بيئة عمل محفزة و مشجعة لتجسيد الأفكار المبدعة و مرافقتها. الكلمات المفتاحية: تنمية، كفاءات تسييرية، إطارات، إبداع إداري، مؤسسة. This study aims at showing the importance of the managerial skills of the cadres in fostering the administrative creativity in the company, mainly in the light of the fast developments the world is witnessing in various fields. Findings show the necessity of basing the practices of the development of the managerial skills on real studied scientific, bases linked to the requirements and content of fostering the creative thought in the administrative field. In addition, it is necessary to provide an encouraging and motivating work environment to embody the creative ideas and accompany them.
