البناء الاقتصادي للإنسان ومقاصده الشرعية

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى معرفة مكونات البناء الاقتصادي للإنسان، والقواعد التي وضعها المنهج الإسلامي ليقوم عليها الإنسان في معاملاته، وإظهار المقاصد الشرعية، والتي بها تتحقق الحياة الكريمة للفرد والمجتمع، وقد اعتمدت في هذا البحث على المنهج التحليلي، وذلك بالتركيز على بيان المُكوِّن الإيماني، والمكون الشرعي، والمكوِّن الخُلقي، ثم وضحت قواعد البناء الاقتصادي للإنسان ومقاصده الشرعية، ومنها: الانتفاع بالموارد الطبيعية وحمايتها، وتحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي للإنسان، وتحقيق التوازن في الثروة والدخل، وكان من أهم نتائج البحث أن البناء الاقتصادي للإنسان يُعنى بكيفية تعليم الفرد إدارة إمكاناته وموارده الاقتصادية، وأنه يبدأ من تكوين شخصيته الإسلامية، وأن الإسلام في بنائه الاقتصادي للإنسان راعى غريزة حب التملك التي فُطر عليها الإنسان. The research aims at defining the components of the economic structure of the human being, and the rules set by the Islamic approach, for man to depend on in his dealings, and demonstrating the legitimate objectives, through which a decent life is achieved for the individual and society. In the research, I depended on the analytical approach, concentrating on explaining the faith component, the legitimate component, and the moral component. Then, I clarified the rules of the economic structure of the human being and its legitimate objectives, including Utilizing and protecting natural resources, achieving human self-sufficiency, and achieving balance in wealth and income. One of the most important research results is that: the economic structure of the human being is concerned with educating the individual how to manage his potential and economic resources, that it begins with the formation of his Islamic personality, and that Islam in its economic structure of the human being, has taken into account the instinct of possessiveness that’s innate to man.
