فلسفة العمل و تجلیات البناء الحضاري للإنسان بين الانفتاح والانغلاق

الملخص
الملخص باللغة العربية: إرتبط مفهوم العمل بتلك القيم الحضارية التي استوعبتها تلك التحولات و التطورات التي صاحبت ثورة الحداثة وتحديات العولمة، أين انصرف الإنسان إلى العمل الذي استهدف قضايا التنوير والتنمية وكل ما یؤسس لفلسفة التطور والتقدم التي تعزز طبيعة " كل مشروع نهضوي" تكتمل عنده قيم الحضارة الإنسانية ، ومن ثم انفتحت المجتمعات الحديثة المعاصرة على تقدیس العمل كونه يهدف إلى صناعة الإنسان في كينونته و ماهيته، وينمي فيه الشعور النفسي والاجتماعي بالأنا أي تحقيق وبناء الذات ، لذلك نجد أن تقويض قدسية العمـل قد أنتج مشكلات الحضارة وتحول بعض المجتمعات المتخلفة إلى مجتمعات منغلقة تعيش حالة من التبعية و التقليد، والإستلاب والاغتراب ، و خاصة وأن القارئ لتکابات "كارل ماركس " ومعاني لغته المادية الإجتماعية يجمع على حقيقة مفادها أن خطابه استهدف فلسفة العمل وقيمها ضمن جدلية الثورة والوعي وكيفيته تحرير الإنسان من العبودية إلى السيادة هذا الطرح قد يلتقي مع رؤية المفکر الجزائري " مالك بن نبي " الذي استشرف مستقبل مشروعه الحضاري عندما ربط مفهوم العمل وقدسيته بصناعة شروط النهضة انطلاقا من الثالوث : الانسان، الوقت التراب ، وضمن هذا المعنى تمظهرت رهانات كل مشروع نهضوي تنويري يتحرك في حدود جدلية العمل والحضارة، إلا أن واقع بعض المجتمعات التي تعيش مظاهر التخلف والإنغلاق قد استنسخت تبعية المغلوب للغالب ، وهذا ما جعل الغرب يستشرف مستقبل الحضارة وكل قيم النهضة في العمل وهو ما جعل العقل الغربي ينهض حضاريا من خلال معرفة قوانين الطبيعة، فلكي نسود على الطبيعة ينبغي أن نعرفها عن طريق ثورة العمل، في حين المجتمعات التي اصطدمت بمشكلات الحضارة تعبر عن مجتمعات مستهلكة تعيش الإنغلاق وليس الانفتاح في بعده الحضاري التنمـوي. Abstract: The concept of action is linked to those cultural values absorbed by those transformations and developments that accompanied the revolution of modernity and the challenges of globalization, where man went to work that targeted the issues of enlightenment and development and all that underpins the philosophy of evolution and progress that promotes the nature of "Every renaissance project" where the values of human civilization are completed And so modern contemporary societies have opened up about the progression of work as it aims to make people in its entirety and what it is. It develops a psychosocial sense of ego that is any achievement and self-building Therefore, undermining the sanctity of work has produced the problems of civilization and transforming some underdeveloped societies into closed societies living in a state of subordination and tradition, ascendancy and alienation, especially as the reader of the epidemics "Karl Marx" and the meanings of his social material language combine the fact that his speech aimed at the philosophy of action and its values within the polemics of revolution and consciousness and how it liberates man from slavery to sovereignty. "Malik Ben Nabi", who looked forward to the future of his cultural project when he linked the concept of work and its sanctity to the manufacture of renaissance terms from Trinity: Man, time dirt, and in this sense the bets of every enlightened rising project move within the limits of the argument of work and civilization But the reality of some societies living with underdevelopment and closure has cloned the predominant dependence of the predominant, That's why the West looked to the future of civilization and all the values of renaissance in action, which made the Western mind rise civilizationally by knowing the laws of nature. in order to prevail over nature, we should know it through a labour revolution, Societies that have been confronted with the problems of civilization are expressions of consumer societies living in lockdown and not opening up in their development civilization dimension.
