الملخص
تزايد عدد مؤسسات المجتمع المدني (الجمعيات) في الآونة الأخيرة تعبيرا عن إرادة أفراد المجتمع للمشاركة في الأنشطة الاجتماعية التطوعية خاصة في ضل التحولات الاجتماعية والاقتصادية التي عرفها المجتمع، والتي جعلت من تعزيز التضامن ومساعدة الفئات المعوزة كأولويات جديرة بالمعالجة هذا من جهة. ومن جهة أخرى ظهر مجموعة من الجمعيات على غرار الجمعيات الريفية (متواجدة على مستوى الأحياء والقرى) أخذت على عاتقها المساهمة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية كهدف تسعى لتحقيقه من خلال مشاركة الجماعات المحلية في تحديد أولوياتها التنموية وتوجيها إلى ما يجب معالجته قبل غيره. Abstract: The number of civil society institutions (associations) has increased recently as an expression of the will of community members to participate in voluntary social activities, especially in light of the social and economic transformations that society has witnessed, which have made strengthening solidarity and Helping needy is a priority that deserves to be addressed. This is on the one hand. and on the other hand, a group has emerged Associations such as rural associations (present at the neighborhood and village level) have taken it upon themselves to contribute to achieving local development as a goal they seek to achieve through the participation of local municipalities in determining their development priorities and directing them to what must be addressed before others.
