العلاقات العامة ودورها في ربط المدرسة بالمجتمع

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة لتناول المدرسة في علاقتها بمحيطها الداخلي والخارجي والإشكالات التي تكتنف إدارة هذه العلاقة،بالتركيز على العلاقات العامة كوظيفة أساسية في المؤسسة التعليمية ومطلب أساسي لنجاح المدرسة،باستخدام المنهج الوصفي في التحليل الكيفي والملاحظة بالمشاركة والمقابلة غير الموجهة في جمع المعطيات،حيث توصلنا إلى أن العلاقات العامة كوظيفة مستقلة بنفسها مغيبة في التنظيم المدرسي وهو ما يؤثر على أداء المدرسة ويخلق العشوائية في العملية التواصلية،وهو ما يعبر عن حاجة المؤسسة التعليمية لهيكلة تنظيم إداري خاص بالعلاقات العامة ضمن هيكلها التنظيمي مثلها مثل بقية المؤسسات الأخرى،للانفتاح على المجتمع والتواصل مع بيئتها الداخلية والخارجية. It utilizes a descriptive approach in qualitativeanalysis, participatory observation, and non-structured interviews in data collection. We havefound that public relations, as an independent function, is overlooked in school organization,which affects the school performance and creates randomness in the communication process.This underscores the need for the educational institution to structure a specific administrative organization for public relations within its organizational structure, similar to otherinstitutions, to open up to the community and communicate with its internal and external environment. __________________________________________
