مجابهة التهجين الخطي خطوة نحو تحقيق الأمن اللغوي العربي

الملخص

إن بقاء اللغة و حيويتها مرهون باستعماليتها و وظيفيتها في مجتمعات الناطقين بها، و بإسقاط الأمر على العربية فإن الفجوة بين عربيتنا وبين وظيفيتها قد وقعت و تزداد مع مرورالوقت، الأمر الذي استحدث لغة هجينة لا هي بالعربية و لا بالأجنبية، مما يستدعي استفاقة العرب و تسخير اهتماماتهم و جهودهم من أجل حماية العربية من خطر التهجين اللغوي، و تحقيق أمنها اللغوي ، لكن ما الوسائل الموصلة لذلك و كيف السبيل لمجابهة التهجين اللغوي؟ لا شك أن الحلول الناجعة تنطلق من التشخيص المعرفي الجيد لواقع العربية اليوم و لأشكال التهجين اللغوي و الدوافع الكامنة وراء حدوثه، و في مقدمتها : العولمة و التعليم و يمكن الحديث عن أمن لغوي للعربية و نهاية لهجنتها من خلال العناية بداية بالتعريب الشامل و تعليم العربية و تعلمها، ثم الاهتمام بالمجالات الوظيفية للغة كالإعلام، و الترجمة، و التكنلوجيات الحديثة. الكلمات المفتاحية: التهجين اللغوي-وظيفية اللغة-الأمن اللغوي-آليات التهجين-التهجين الخطي. Abstract: Keeping a language alive depends on its usage and functions in itsspeaker’s communities, and by putting the light on « Arabic » we can see that there’s a gap between our Arabic and its functionality that happened and still growing over time, what create a hybrid language that is not neither Arabic nor another foreign language. That’s why Arabians (Arabs) should wake up and pay their attention and lead their efforts to protect Arabic from the danger of linguistic hybridisations and keep the language safe, but how can we stop linguistic hybridisation ? There’s no doubt that the effective solutions that can solve this problem starts from the right cognitive diagnosis of Arabictoday, the forms that linguistic hybridisation could take and what makes it happened, starting by : globalization and education. And we can talk about the language security of Arabic and the end of its hybridisation by taking care firstly of a total Arabization , teaching and learning Arabic and taking under consideration the functional fields of the language such as : media , translation and modern technologies.
