La Genèse De La Presse Nationale En Algérie. Le Parcours Fondateur D’« An Nasr » (1963-1971).

L’histoire de la formation de la presse publique algérienne au lendemain de l’indépendance reste à écrire. Cette étude s’y projette en interrogeant les aléas d’une succession sans héritage imposée dès le 28 septembre 1963 au quotidien « An Nasr ». « La Dépêche de Constantine et de l’Est algérien », farouche porte-drapeau de l’Algérie française, qui a continué à paraître dans le pays souverain en gardant sa structure de la période coloniale fermée sur elle-même, a été nationalisée le 17 septembre 1963. Elle n’a rien transmis au nouveau titre qui devait entreprendre ex-nihilo l’aventure sans précédent de création d’une entreprise de presse nationale. À partir des outils de la monographie socio-historique (Kayser, Ihaddaden), adaptés à cette étude, est décrite l’évolution du premier quotidien émergent de l’Est algérien à travers ses potentialités humaine, technique et financière. The history of the formation of the Algerian public press in the aftermath of independence has yet to be written. This study looks at the ups and downs of a succession without inheritance imposed on the daily "An Nasr" on 28 September 1963. "La Dépêche de Constantine et de l'Est algérien", the fierce standard-bearer of French Algeria, which continued to appear in the sovereign country while retaining its closed structure from the colonial period, was nationalized on 17 September 1963. It passed on nothing to the new title, which was to embark on the unprecedented adventure of creating a national press from scratch. Using the tools of socio-historical monography (Kayser, Ihaddaden), adapted for this study, we describe the development of the first emerging daily newspaper in eastern Algeria, through its human, technical and financial potential.
