الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم معوقات المقاولة النسائية حسب مستويات الدخل الوطني للدول، من خلال قاعدة بيانات تضم 190 دولة ممتدة من 1971 إلى 2021، باستغلال خوارزميات تعلم الآلة على برمجية بايثون. توصلت النتائج إلى ترشيح نموذج بقياسات مقبولة، حيث تم تحديد معوقات تختلف في الأهمية ودرجة التأثير باختلاف مستويات الدخل الوطني للدول، كما تم التركيز على وضع هذه المعوقات وتطور المؤشر الكلي للمقاولة النسائية في الجزائر، وفي الأخير ختمت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات على ضوء النتائج الحاصلة. This study aims to identify the most important obstacles to women entrepreneurship according to countries income levels, through a database of 190 countries covering the period 1971-2021, by exploiting machine learning algorithms on Python software. The results led to the selection of a model with acceptable measures, where the obstacles were identified differing in importance and degree of impact according to the different levels of national income of the countries, attention was also taken on the status of these obstacles and the development of the overall index of women entrepreneurs in Algeria. Finally, the study concluded with recommendations in the light of the obtained results.
