الملخص
ملخص: إن تبني خطط تسييرية متفتحة على بنية المحيط المتغير والمتجه نحو رقمنة العمليات المؤسساتية أضحى ضرورة حتمية مفروضة على قطاع التعليم العالي خاصة، ليتربع التعليم الإلكتروني على الصيغة التعليمية متجاوزا الصورة النمطية التقليدية للعملية التربوية بغية الاقتراب من التجربة الافتراضية للتعليم العالي وتطبيقا لمعايير جودة الخدمة، وفق هذا الاطار المعرفي هدفت الدراسة الميدانية الحالية اختبار العلاقة والأُثر بين اتجاهات الأساتذة نحو التعليم الإلكتروني وجودة الخدمة التعليمية، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي وأسلوب المسح الشامل لنحو 70 أستاذ بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة العربي بن المهيدي أم البواقي وبالاستعانة بمخرجات الحزمة الإحصائية spss23 توصلت الدراسة الى تأكيد الفرض القائم من خلال قيمة معامل الارتباط بيرسون المقدر بــــ (0,794). Abstract: Adopting management plans open to the structure of a changing environment and the trend towards digitalization of institutional processes has become an inevitable necessity imposed on the higher education sector in particular, so that e-learning takes a place central in the educational formula, transcending the traditional stereotype of the educational process in order to approach the virtual experience of higher education and apply quality of service standards, according to this. Cognitive framework: The current field study aimed to test the relationship and impact between teachers' attitudes towards online learning and the quality of educational service Using the descriptive approach and the global survey method with around 70 teachers from the Faculty of Social Sciences of Larbi Ben M'hidi University, Oum El Bouaghi, and using the results of the statistical software package spss23, the study managed to confirm the existing hypothesis through the value of the estimated Pearson correlation coefficient at (0.794).. Résumé : Adopter des plans de gestion ouverts à la structure d'un environnement change ant et à la tendance à la numérisation des processus institutionnels est devenu une nécessité inévitable imposée au secteur de l'enseignement supérieur en particulier, afin que l'e-learning occupe une place centrale dans la formule éducative, transcendant le stéréotype traditionnel du processus éducatif afin d'aborder l'expérience virtuelle de l'enseignement supérieur et d'appliquer des normes de qualité de service, selon cela.Cadre cognitif : L'étude de terrain actuelle visait à tester la relation et l'impact entre les attitudes des professeurs à l'égard de l'apprentissage en ligne et la qualité du service éducatif. En utilisant l'approche descriptive et la méthode d'enquête globale auprès d'environ 70 professeurs de la Faculté des Sciences Sociales de l'Université Larbi Ben M'hidi, Oum El Bouaghi, et en utilisant les résultats du progiciel statistique spss23, l'étude est parvenue à confirmer l'hypothèse existante à travers la valeur du coefficient de corrélation de Pearson estimée à (0,794).
