الملخص

ملخص: ينتج عن تطبيق تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مجال القرارات الادارية استخدام نظم ذكية لإصدار القرار الاداري فأصبح يتسم بالآلية أي دون تدخل البشر ، واصطلح على تسمية القرار الاداري الآلي بالقرار الاداري الخوارزمي أو القرار الاداري المؤتمت . وتهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد المسائل القانونية المتعلقة بهذا النوع من القرارات الادارية ، وتوصلنا الى اعتبارها قرارات ادارية مثلها مثل القرارات الادارية التقليدية ، فهي ليست مجرد أنظمة ، كونها تتصل بالمراكز القانونية للأفراد وبالتالي تخضع للطعن القضائي . كلمات مفتاحية: نظم.، الذكاء الاصطناعي.، القرار الاداري.، الخوارزمي، الآلي. Abstract: The application of artificial intelligence techniques in the field of administrative decisions results in the use of intelligent systems to issue administrative decisions, It became characterized by automation, that is, without human intervention, The automated administrative decision is called the algorithmic administrative decision. This study aims to identify the legal issues related to this type of administrative decisions, and we have concluded that they are considered administrative decisions just like traditional administrative decisions, as they are not just systems..
