الملخص
الملخص : تهدف الدراسة التي بين أيدينا الى محاولة التعرف على الدور الفعال الذي يبرزه الابداع التكنولوجي في تطوير منتجات المؤسسة الصناعية كوندور برج بوعريريج ، و كذا دراسة وتحليل مدى تاثير تطبيق الابداع التكنولوجي داخل المؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وهو الملائم لطبيعة الدراسة ، وابرز النتائج المتوصل اليها من خلال هذه الدراسة ، ان تطبيق الابداع التكنولوجي له اثر إيجابي في المؤسسة الصناعية كوندور برج بوعريريج ، كما اننا اختتمنا دراستنا بمجموعة توصيات والمتمثلة في الاهتمام بفئة الإطارات والكوادر في مؤسسة كوندور، لانها هي مصدر الابداعات التكنولوجية في المؤسسة ، وذلك من خلال توفير الشروط المناسبة لها لتفجير طاقاتها الإبداعية الكامنة من اجل زيادة وتيرة الابداع والابتكار سواء في المنتجات او في العمليات الإنتاجية. Abstract: The study at hand aims to try to identify the effective role that technological innovation highlights in developing the products of the Condor Bordj Bou Arreridj Industrial Corporation, As well as studying and analyzing the extent of the impact of applying technological innovation within the institution under study, In this study, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, which is appropriate to the nature of the study, The results reached through this study highlight that the application of technological innovation has a positive impact on the Condor Industrial Corporation, Bordj Bou Arreridj. We also concluded our study with a set of recommendations, namely paying attention to the category of tires and personnel in the Condor Corporation, because it is the source of technological innovations in the institution, by providing appropriate conditions for it to unleash its latent creative energies, in order to increase the pace of creativity and innovation, whether in products or production processes.
