دور القيادة التحويلية في دعم سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين القيادة التحويلية وسلوك المواطنة التنظيمية, حيث يعتبر سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية كأحد أسس نجاح المنظمات؛ نظرًا إلى تعدد آثاره التنظيمية الإيجابية، كما ظهرت القيادة التحويلية كمنعطف حيوي في الفكر الإداري؛ التي تعمل على تنمية الجوانب الشخصية والفكرية لدى العاملين مع مراعاة الاهتمام بحاجاتهم الحالية والمستقبلية من خلال قيام القائد بتحفيزهم وإثارتهم وتوضيح الآثار الإيجابية لإحداث عمليات التغيير داخل المنظمة وصولا لتحقيق الأهداف المرغوبة. واستخلصت الدراسة أن سلوك المواطنة التنظيمية يزداد ويتعاظم في ظل القيادة الإدارية التي تلتزم بسلوك القيادة التحويلية القائمة على التأثير الكاريزمي للقائد، والتشجيع الإبداعي، والدافعية الإلهامية، والاهتمام بالحاجات الفردية للمرؤوسين، حيث هذه الأبعاد تشجع العاملين على السلوك التطوعي. This study aims to recognize the nature of the relationship between transformative leadership and organizational citizenship behavior, where the OCB is the one of the foundations for the success of organizations; Due to its multiple positive organizational effects ; Transformative leadership has also emerged as a vital turning point in management thinking; Which works to develop the personal and intellectual aspects of the workers, taking into account the interest in their current and future needs; Through the leader motivating and arousing them and clarifying the positive effects of bringing about change processes within the organization in order to achieve the desired goals. The study concluded that, OCB increases and grows in light of the administrative leadership that adheres to the behavior of transformational leadership based on the charismatic influence of the leader, creative encouragement, inspirational motivation, and attention to the individual needs of subordinates, as these dimensions encourage workers to voluntary behavior.
