الملخص

تهدف هده الدراسة الى إبراز مدى تأثير الإبداع الإداري على التسيير العمومي، ولغرض بلوغ هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي بالنسبة للجزء النظري من خلال تسليط الضوء على مختلف الأدبيات الخاصة بالإبداع الإداري، بالإضافة إلى عرض مختصر للتسيير العمومي والعلاقة بينهما، كما تم الاعتماد على المنهج التحليلي بالنسبة للجزء التطبيقي من خلال إعداد قائمة استقصاء توجه إلى موظفي وإداري المركز الجامعي بولاية إليزي لاستطلاع آرائهم حول المشكلة الموضوعة حيث تم توزيع استبيان على عينة قصدية حجمها (76) فرد، وقد تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة باستعمال الأساليب الإحصائية التي يوفرها برنامج SPSS_23 للبحث كمحاولة منا لإسقاط الجانب النظري من الدراسة بالجانب التطبيقي. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للمرونة، المخاطرة والتحدي والقدرة على التحليل على المتغير التسيير العمومي، كما أشارت النتائج إلى أن أقوى المتغيرات الخاصة بأبعاد الإبداع الإداري تأثيرا على التسيير العمومي تمثل في القدرة على التحليل. الكلمات المفتاحية: إبداع إداري، تسيير العمومي، مؤسسة عمومية، مرونة، طلاقة. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the extent of the impact of administrative creativity on public administration. In order to achieve this goal, the descriptive approach was relied upon for the theoretical part by shedding light on the various literatures on administrative creativity, in addition to a brief presentation of public administration and the relationship between them. The approach was also relied upon. The analytical part for the applied part was through preparing a survey list directed to the employees and administrators of the university center in the state of Illizi to seek their opinions on the problem at hand. A questionnaire was distributed to a purposive sample size of (76) individuals. The study hypotheses were tested using the statistical methods provided by the SPSS_23 program for research as an attempt on our part. To drop the theoretical side of the study into the applied side. The results of the study showed a statistically significant effect of flexibility, risk, challenge, and the ability to analyze on the public management variable. The results also indicated that the strongest variables related to the dimensions of administrative creativity influencing public management are the ability to analyze.
