الملخص

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى الوقوف على سلوكيات البحث عن المعلومات لدى الطلبة في ظل جائحة كوفيد ودور المكتبات في تعزيزها من خلال قيامها بدور الوسيط بين الباحثين وما توفره البيئة الرقمية من مصادر معلومات وهذا عن طريق توفير برامج التدريب على البحث الوثائقي اضافة الى توفير خدمات نوعية كخدمة دليل المواقع والخدمة المرجعية الرقمية، ولتحقيق هذا المسعى قمنا باجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة عشوائية من طلبة قسم العلوم الانسانية بجامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة بلغ عددهم 120 طالب، اعتمدنا في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي وأداة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت اليها الدراسة أن جائحة كوفيد كان لها تأثير على سلوكيات البحث عن المعلومات لدى الطلبة كما أن مستوى تقييم الطلبة لإسهامات المكتبة المركزية لجامعة محمد خيضر بسكرة في الرفع من فاعلية البحث عن المعلومات في ظل جائحة كوفيد جاء منخفض. Abstract: This study aims to examine the information-seeking behaviors of students in light of the Covid pandemic and the role of libraries in enhancing these behaviors. The libraries act as intermediaries between researchers and the digital environment, providing training programs for documentary research and offering quality services such as website directories and digital reference services. To achieve this goal, a field study was conducted on a random sample of 120 students from the Humanities Department at Mohamed Kheidar University in Biskra. The study employed a descriptive approach, with a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. One of the key findings of the study is that the Covid pandemic has impacted the information-seeking behaviors of students, and the evaluation of the contributions of the central library of Mohamed Kheidar University in Biskra to enhancing the effectiveness of information search during the Covid-19 pandemic was rated low.
