الملخص
تعتبر التكتلات المكتبية من أكثر أشكال التعاون فائدة للمكتبات والمستفيدين على حد سواء، حيث تعمل على استغلال أكبر للموارد المتاحة وتخفيف الجهد والوقت المستثمر بالإضافة إلى اقتصاد التكاليف، وبخاصة مع ظهور التكنولوجيات الحديثة وإدماجها في مجال العمل المكتبي مما أتاح فرصا سانحة لتحقيق هذا التعاون سواء على المستوى المحلي أو الوطني أو حتى الإقليمي والدولي. تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى أهمية الفهارس الموحدة في تدعيم وإرساء تكتلات مكتبية تستثمر في الموارد البشرية والكفاءات المعرفية بالإضافة إلى تشاطر العمل المكتبي وتحقيق شبكة معلومات بين المكتبات المشتركة من أجل المنفعة المتبادلة بين الأطراف المتشاركة، وسنعمل على دراسة تجربة المكتبة المركزية لجامعة الجزائر2 كونها عضوا في كل من الفهرس العربي الموحد والفهرس الجزائري الموحد، وذلك لمعرفة أهم الإيجابيات التي توفرها هذه الفهارس لتحقيق تجمع مكتبي وما هي العراقيل التي قد تحد أو تمنع الوصول إلى هكذا هدف. Library Consortium is one of the most useful forms of cooperation for libraries and users alike, as they work to make greater use of available resources and reduce the effort and time invested in addition to cost savings, especially with the emergence of modern technologies and their integration in the field of librarywork, which provided opportunities for achieving this cooperation bothat the level Local, national or even regional and international. The aim of the study is to identify the importance of union catalogs in the consolidation and establishment of library consortium investing in human resources and knowledge competencies in addition to sharing library work and achieve an information network between shared libraries for mutual benefit between the parties involved, and to reach this goal wewillrely on the study of the experience of the Central Library of the University of Algiers 2 being a member of both the union Arab catalog and the union Algerian catalog in order to find out the most important advantages offered by these catalogs to achieve a library gathering and what obstacles may limit or prevent access to such a goal.
