الملخص
البروتوكول الاختياري الملحق باتفاقية سيداو، هو آلية أو أداة إجرائية غايته وضع بنود الاتفاقية موضع التطبيق الفعلي، بواسطة تمكين النساء أفراد وجماعات من تقديم الشكاوى والمراسلات التي تتضمن انتهاكات لغرض، وفحوى الاتفاقية وتجاوز الحكومات لتمكين المرأة من التمتع وممارسة حقوق الإنسان دون أي تقيد أو استعباد أو تفرقة على أساس دونية المرأة سواء على الصعيد الأسري الخاص أو على الصعيد الاجتماعي العام، تمهيداً لإرساء منظومة كونية تحكم السلوك الأخلاقي والاجتماعي للبشرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: حقوق الإنسان ؛ مساواة ؛ تحفظ ؛ احترام الخصوصية ؛ أشكال حضارية Abstract The Optional Protocol annexed to the CEDAW Convention, which is a mechanism or procedural tool whose purpose is to put the provisions of the Convention into practice by enabling women, individuals and groups, to submit complaints and correspondences that include violations of the purpose and content of the Convention and bypassing governments to enable women to enjoy and practice their human rights without any restriction, enslavement or discrimination on the basis of The inferiority of women, whether on the private family level or on the general social level, paves the way for the establishment of a global system that governs the moral and social behaviour of humanity.
