الملخص

ملخص: تستهدف الدراسة الحالية التعرف و تحديد واقع أخلاقيات المهنة لدى المختص النفسي العيادي للصحة العمومية بالجزائر ، و لهذا الغرض استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، عينة 10من المختصين النفسيين العيادين في الصحة العمومية، الملاحظة والاستبيان. وتبين لنا من اجابات افراد العينة أنهم يعانون من بعض المشكلات مثل: غياب مدونة واضحة لأخلاقيات المهنة ، و مجلس يضبط الممارسة، غموض واضح في هويتهم المهنية، بالإضافة لتعرضهم لاعتداءات على خصوصـيتهم المهنيـة داخل القطاع الصحي ، و نقص في التكوين سواء قبل التخرج او بعده ،الطلب المتزايد على الخدمات النفسية (خاصة بعد جائحة كورونا) الامر الذي سبب ضغط كبير على الاخصائي و اثر سلبا على صحته النفسية و الجسدية و الذي يؤدي بدوره الى نقص إنتاجيته في العمل التي قد تصل في بعض الحالات الى الاحتراق المهني Le burn-out ، بالإضافة الى نقص في الإمكانيات المادية و البشرية مثل: المكاتب، الاختبارات، المساعدين... كلمات مفتاحية: أخلاقيات المهنة- المختص النفسي العيادي للصحة العمومية Abstract: (Do not exceed 150 words) The current study aims to identify and determine the reality of professional ethics among clinical psychologists in public health in Algeria. For this purpose, we used the descriptive approach, a sample of 10 clinical psychologists in public health, observation, and a questionnaire. From the answers, we found that they suffer from some problems, such as: The absence of a clear code of professional ethics and a council that regulates practice. There is a clear ambiguity in their professional identity, in addition to being exposed to attacks on their professional privacy within the health sector. Lack of training, whether before or after graduation. The increasing demand for psychological services (especially after the Corona pandemic), which has caused great pressure on the specialist and negatively affected his mental and physical health, which in turn leads to a decrease in his productivity at work, which in some cases may lead to burn-out. Lack of material and human capabilities such as: offices, tests, assistants...
