The Reality Of The Selection Process Within The Young Talent In The Volleyball Initiative

الملخص
The study aims to uncover the reality of the selection process within the Young Talent in the volleyball Initiative. Researchers used the descriptive method to fit the research objectives. A sample of 15 supervisors and coaches participated in the selection process for El Bayadh, and Saida states, Hence, a questionnaire of 15 phrases was distributed and validated after it was presented to the arbitrators. The results revealed that most of the supervisors rely on the method of abstract observation, relying on the morphological and skillful side only, and neglecting other aspects during the selection process.
