الملخص

تعتبر قلعة الحاكم من الشواهد الأثرية لمدينة تنس الأثرية، وهي من المدن التي احتفظت بعدة مكونات عمرانية تعود إلى الفترات الإسلامية، تلك الشواهد الخالدة التي تركتها وتعاقبت لفترات متتالية من الزمن، وتعتبر أيضا من الشواهد التي تترجمها بصدق مختلف المعالم والآثار المادية وتعدد العناصر المعمارية يعكس مدى تطور المدينة في جميع جوانبها، بالإضافة إلى التنوع في الأساليب الفنية خاصة الزخرفية ومواد البناء. تتعرض هذه الأبراج التاريخية التي تضم عصارة التراث المعماري العسكري إلى شتى أنواع التلف الطبيعي والعامل البيولوجي (نباتات، حيوانات)، و صنوف التجاوز البشري في عالم ينعدم فيه الوعي الثقافي و تتزايد الحاجة إلى إيجاد المنافذ لامتصاص أزمة السكن، مما أدى إلى فقدان حلقة أثرية من حلقات التاريخ المادية الأثرية لمدينة تنس خاصة والمدن الأثرية عامة، و هنا يصبح التفكير في المحافظة على التراث مسألة بالغة الأهمية، فالمساعي في مثل هذه الحالة تشتد و تقوى للوصول إلى الحلول الكفيلة بالحفاظ على طابع المدينة و هويتها و أصالتها. Abstract: The governor's castle is one of the archaeological evidence of the ancient city of Tenes. It is one of the cities that retained several architectural urban components dating back to the Islamic periods. Those timeless evidences left by Islamic civilization, which have been followed for successive periods of time. It is also one of the evidences that is faithfully translated by various monuments, materials and the multiplicity of architectural elements which reflects the extent of the development of the city in all its aspects. This diversity has been accompanied by another in artistic styles, especially decorative and building materials. These historic towers, which include the military architectural heritage, are exposed to various types of natural damage and biological factor (plants, animals). And the kinds of human transgression in a world where cultural awareness is lacking and there is an increasing need to find outlets to absorb the housing crisis which led to the loss of an archaeological circle of the history material of the city of Tenes in particular and the archaeological cities in general. And that's where thinking about preserving heritage becomes a critical issue. So efforts in such a situation are intensified and strengthened to reach solutions in order to maintain the city’s character, identity and authenticity.
