الملخص

ملخص: يهدف البحث إلى اختبار مدى وجود تأثير للنمط البصري والحسي والسمعي على جودة التدقيق الداخلي، فضلا عن بيان أثر الهندسة النفسية والبرمجة اللغوية العصبية (NLP) على جودة التدقيق الداخلي. وتوصلنا إلى نتيجة مفادها أن للبرمجة اللغوية العصبية دور في تعزيز جودة التدقيق الداخلي وذلك من خلال تفعيل فرضياتها لدى المدققين الداخليين الأمر الذي سيؤدي إلى تغيير النتائج والوصول بهم إلى الأداء المتميز. Abstract: The research aims to test the effect of the visual, sensory and auditory style on the quality of internal auditing, as well as to demonstrate the effect of psychological engineering and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) on the quality of internal auditing. And we came to the conclusion that NLP has a role in enhancing the quality of internal auditing, by activating its hypotheses among the internal auditors, which will lead to changing the results and bringing them to outstanding performance.
