فاعلية المقاربة الإثنوغرافية في ظل البيئة الرقمية

الملخص
ملخص: لقد أعاد الانفجار الرّقمي رسم طبيعة العلاقات تفاعليا بما لم يكن متوقعا، حيث بات التّفاعل عن بعد سمته الأساسية، فلا الحدود السّياسية بين الدّول ولا تباين الثّقافات يقف حاجزا دون هذا التّفاعل مع ما يصاحب ذلك من تبادل معلومات وأحاسيس قد تكون صادقة أو كاذبة؛ الأمر الّذي دفع الباحثين في مجال الإعلام والاتصال إلى العمل على مواكبة هذا التّغيّر والسّعي لدراسته دراسة علمية لفهم أبعاده وما يترتّب عنها، فكان أن اعتمدوا المقاربة الإثنوغرافيّة؛ كون طبيعة المجموعات المدروسة تحمل مؤشّرات الجماعات الّتي يدرسها الإثنوغرافيّون بكلّ ما تتضمّنه من رمزيّات وممارسات، لينشأ لنا بذلك تخصّص الإثنوغرافيّة الرّقميّة. تأسيسا على ماسبق يهدف هذا المقال إلى معرفة مخرجات التّراكم المعرفيّ في هذا الحقل التّخصّصيّ الجديد، كما يسعى لمعرفة طبيعة الصّعوبات الّتي تواجه الباحثين فيه، إضافة إلى استخلاص حوصلة نقديّة لكلّ ذلك. Abstract: The digital explosion has redrawn the nature of interactive relations in a way that was unimaginable, as interaction at a distance has become its main feature, no political borders between countries nor cultural differences stand in the way of this interaction, with the accompanying exchange of information and feelings that may be genuine or fake, which prompted researchers in the field of media and communication to work to keep up with this change and seek to study it scientifically to understand its dimensions and its consequences. They adopted the ethnographic approach, as the nature of the groups studied carries the indicators of the groups studied by ethnographers, with all their symbols and practices, thus creating the discipline of digital ethnography. This article aims to identify the outcomes of the accumulation of knowledge in this new specialised field, as well as the nature of the difficulties facing researchers in this field, in addition to drawing a critical conclusion.
