الأمن الصحي في الجزائر و واقع السياسات الصحية

الملخص
ملخص: إن المتتبع لقطاع الصحة في الجزائر لا يجد عناءا في ملاحظة ان الجزائر عرفت تطورا كبيرا في هذا المجال من خلال صياغة سياسات عامة صحية هدفت الجزائر من خلالها إلي تطوير مستوي الخدمات الصحية ، و هذا منذ الإستقلال و إلي يومنا هذا ، كما أن طبيعة الأمراض و نوعيتها إختلفت من مرحلة إلي أخري حيث عرفت نوعيين من الأمراض الأول يعرف بأمراض الفقراء و الثاني بأمراض الأغنياء أي أمراض تتعلق بالأوبئة و هي معدية و متنقلة و الصنف الثاني هو الأمراض المزمنة مثل السرطان و السكري و ضغط الدم و أمراض أخري، رغم ذلك فإن السياسة الصحية الجزائرية بها إجابيات و كذا سلبيات و نقائص ، تسعي إلي تجنبها الحكومة الجزائرية مستقبلا و هذا ما دفع جهات خارجية إلي إنتقاد الآداء الحكومي في هذا الصدد . الكلمات المفتاحية: السياسات الصحية ، الأمن الصحي الجزائري ، الصحة ، السياسات العامة. Abstract: Anyone who follows the Algerian health sector will have no trouble in noticing that the government has witnessed a great development in this domain through the formulation of public health policies in which Algeria aimed to develop the health level services in the country. This has been going since independence until now ,the nature and type of diseases differed from one stage to another one, these two types of diseases were known as the first one is related the poor people and the second one to the rich ones. So, diseases related to epidemics, which are contagious and mobile, and the second category is chronic diseases such as cancer, diabetes, blood pressure, and other diseases. Despite this, the Algerian health policy has positives, as well as negatives and shortcomings, that lead the Algerian government to avoid them in the future, and this prompts some external parties to criticize the government’s performance in this field. key words: Health policies, Algerian health security, health, public policies.
