المقاربة النسوية للفلسفة البيئية فاندانا شيفا انموذجا

الملخص
تميز العصر الحالي بالوعي الأخلاقي الذي تجسد جرّاء ما خلّفته الفترة الحديثة من مزالق، فقد سعى الإنسان جاهدا وراء بناء نموذج إتيقي جديد قائم على معايير وضوابط من شأنها التصدي لنتائج الحداثة، وإقامة علاقة متوازنة بين البشر والمحيط الطبيعي، فقد استلزم الفزع الأنطولوجي الذي فرضته التطورات التقنية في العصر الحديث ظهور العديد من الرؤى الفلسفية التي دافعت عن الحق الإيكولوجي، وحاولت تحديد المعاملة السلوكية اتجاه المحيط الإيكولوجي بالارتكاز على الالتزامات الخلقية نحو البيئة، والدعوة إلى إثراء النقاش حول القانون البيئي بغية إضفاء التناغم بين البشر والطبيعة لتحقيق ازدهار حضاري للإنسان. وقد بدأت فكرة اعتبار الطبيعة موضوعا أخلاقيا مع بروز إرهاصات ونظريات فلسفية تمثلت في الايكولوجيا النسوية، ومنظور العالمة النسوية فاندانا شيفا للطبيعة أبرز مثال، فقد ركزت على ارتباط التيارات البيئية بالجانب النسوي، التي مثلت فيه المرأة عنصرا فعّالا وبارزا، محاولة تغيير النظام السائد في البنى الاجتماعية نصرة للجنس الأنثوي والطبيعة، والقضاء على النظام الأبوي والهيكل القمعي للعلاقات بين الإنسان والطبيعة. The current era is characterized by moral awareness that was embodied as a result of the pitfalls left behind by the modern period. Man has striven to build a new ethical model based on standards and controls that would address the consequences of modernity and establish a balanced relationship between humans and the natural environment. The ontological panic imposed by technical developments has necessitated... In the modern era, many philosophical visions have emerged that defend the ecological right, and attempt to determine the behavioral treatment towards the ecological environment based on moral obligations towards the environment, and call for enriching the debate on environmental law in order to create harmony between humans and nature to achieve cultural prosperity for humans. The idea of considering nature as a moral subject began with the emergence of philosophical indications and theories represented in feminist ecology, and the feminist scientist Vandana Shiva’s perspective on nature is the most prominent example. She focused on the connection between environmental trends and the feminist side, in which women represented an effective and prominent element, trying to change the prevailing system in social structures. Championing feminine sexuality and nature, eliminating patriarchy and the oppressive structure of human-nature relations.
