أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على الاستقرار المالي للبنوك الجزائرية في الفترة (2006-2021)

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى قياس أثر تقلبات أسعار النفط على مستوى الاستقرار المالي للبنوك الجزائرية في الفترة الممتدة من 2006 إلى غاية 2021 ، باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية المتباطئة ARDL ؛ واعتمد الباحث على ثلاث متغيرات مستقلة هي: أسعار النفط ،نسبة الملاءة الإجمالية ومعدل التضخم ،بينما تم اعتبار مؤشر الاستقرار المالي للبنوك متغير تابع . أشارت النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها إلى أن لأسعار النفط ونسبة الملاءة الإجمالية تأثير إيجابي ذو معنوية على مؤشر الاستقرار المالي للبنوك في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة ، عكس معدل التضخم التي أظهرت النتائج المحصل عليها عدم وجود تأثير معنوي له على مؤشر الاستقرار المالي للبنوك في الجزائر في الأجلين القصير و الطويل. كلمات مفتاحية: مؤشر الاستقرار المالي ، البنوك ، الملاءة الكلية ، أسعار النفط ،مقاربة ARDL. تصنيفاتJEL E5:، C5، G10 Abstract: This research aims to measure the impact of oil price fluctuations on the level of financial stability of Algerian banks in the period extending from 2006 to 2021 by creating an aggregate index to measure the financial stability of Algerian banks. The researcher relied on three independent variables: oil prices, the overall solvency ratio, and the inflation rate, while the banks’ financial stability index was considered a dependent variable. The results reached, by testing the data with the lagged gaps (ARDL) test model, indicated that oil prices and the total solvency ratio had a significant positive effect on the financial stability index of banks in Algeria during the study period, in contrast to the inflation rate, which the results obtained showed that it had no significant effect on the financial stability index of banks in Algeria in the short and long terms.
