الملخص
الملخص: اقترنت الأنظمة الغربيّة بأفكار وقيم اللّيبرليّة – باعتبارها دولا صناعيّة – فاحتكمت إلى دساتير توافقيّة من شأنها أن ترسم خطّا وهميّا بين سلطة الحكومة والحريّات المدنيّة، وكذا تأطير كلّ عمليّاتها السيّاسيّة من خلال الصّور الإعلاميّة التي كثيرا ما تأتي غامضة أو بالأحرى مشوّهة. من الإرادة الفرديّة للجميع تنبثق إرادة عامّة، وهي تختلف نوعا ما عن إرادة الجميع وتمتلك خصائص تنفرد بها وكأنّنا أمام شخص معنويّ مهمّته تأليف الجماعة كيانا وإطارا، لكن ماذا لو كانت تلك الإرادة الفرديّة تنشد الهيمنة من خلال مؤسّسات الدّولة والتي تعتبر بدورها أحد المكتسبات العقلانيّة للفرد في إطار مؤسّساتي؟ نشير في هذا الصّدد إلى دور إيديولوجيا الإعلام في صاغة قوالب جاهزة للذّات من أجل فتح الطّريق واسعا أمام رغبات سياسيّة وبورجوازيّة تتغذّى من إفقار الذّات الإنسانيّة من محتوياتها القيميّة والمفهوميّة على حدّ سواء. Abstract Western regimes were associated with the ideas and values of liberalism - as industrialized states - and resorted to consensual constitutions that would draw an imaginary line between government authority and civil liberties, as well as framing all their political processes through media images that often come vague or rather distorted. From the individual will of all emerges a general will, which differs somewhat from the will of all and has characteristics that are unique to it as if we are in front of a moral person whose task is to form the group as an entity and a framework, but what if that individual will seeks to dominate through state institutions, which in turn is considered one of the rational gains of the individual in Institutional framework? In this regard, we note the role of media ideology in formulating ready-made templates for the self in order to open the way broadly to political and bourgeois desires nourished by the impoverishment of the human subject from its value and conceptual contents alike.
