الملخص

سعت هذه الدّراسة إلى التّعرفِ على التحديات التي تواجه تعليم اللُّغة العربية عَنْ بُعْد بجامعة سوق اهراس، وخاصة بعد القرار القاضي بغلق الجامعات وفرض قواعد الحجر الصحّي نتيجة تفشي وباء كورونا (كوفيد 19)، وذلك بتقديم صورة واضحة المعالم حول التّعليم الافتراضي غداة انتقال التّعليم من قالب المواجهة المباشرة إلى النّمط الالكتروني الذي بات منهجًا تربويًا داعمًا للارتقاء بالكفاءة المعرفية واللّسانية للمتعلم خاصة في المرحلة الجامعية، وفي هذا السياق يأتي هذا البحث ليميط اللثام عن أهمية التعليم الإلكتروني في منظومتنا التعليمية الحديثة؛ وكذا الكشف عن جوانبه المُشرقة واستشراف مستقبله في ضوء المعطيات الراهنة، وقد اخترنا منصة موودل أنموذجا لدراستنا باعتبارها إحدى تقنيات التعلّم المعتمدة على نطاق واسع بالجامعة الجزائرية. وقد استُخدمت الاستبانة والمقابلة كأدوات لجمع البيانات وتوثيقها، وتوصلت الدّراسة إلى توفر اتجاهات شبه ايجابية لدى طلبة قسم اللغة والأدب العربي بجامعة سوق اهراس نحو استخدام منصات التعليم الإلكتروني عموما ومنصة موودل خاصة، رغم تسجيل بعض العراقيل والصعوبات أبرزها تلك المتعلقة بضعف البنية التحتية التكنولوجية والمعرفية، إضافة إلى غياب عامل الخبرة والتأهيل للكوادر التعليمية والمختصين بتسيير المنصة. This study sought to identify the challenges facing distance learning Arabic at Souk Ahras University, especially after the decision to close universities and impose quarantine rules as a result of the outbreak of the Corona epidemic (Covid 19), by providing a clear picture about virtual education in the wake of the transition of education from the template Direct confrontation to the electronic pattern, which has become an educational approach that supports the improvement of the cognitive and linguistic competence of the learner, especially at the university level. In this context, this research comes to reveal the importance of electronic education in our modern educational system. As well as revealing its bright aspects and anticipating its future in light of the current data, we have chosen the Moodle platform as a model for our study as it is one of the widely adopted learning techniques in the Algerian university. The questionnaire and interview were used as tools for data collection and documentation, and the study found semi-positive attitudes among the students of the Department of Arabic Language and Literature at Souk Ahras University towards the use of e-learning platforms in general and the Moodle platform in particular, despite recording some obstacles and difficulties, most notably those related to the weakness of the technological and knowledge infrastructure, in addition to To the absence of the factor of experience and qualification for educational staff and specialists in managing the platform.
