أثر الحوكمة الرقمية على التحول الرقمي للجامعة: دراسة حالة جامعة غرداية

الملخص

سعت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرف على تأثير أبعاد الحوكمة الرقمية (البنية التحتية للتكنولوجيا والعمليات التشغيلية، الإدارة والسلطات، المساءلة والشفافية، إدارة المخاطر الرقمية) مجتمعة على التحول الرقمي في جامعة غرداية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاعتماد على استبيان تم توزيعه على عينة قصدية مكونة من 80 مسؤول إداري معني بأنشطة التحول الرقمي في الجامعة. كشفت الدراسة عن وجود تأثير لأبعاد الحوكمة الرقمية التالية: البنية التحتية لتكنولوجيا المعلومات، الإدارة والسلطات، إدارة المخاطر الرقمية على التحول الرقمي في جامعة غرداية، وعدم وجود تأثير لبعد المساءلة والشفافية على التحول الرقمي في جامعة غرداية. This study examined the impact of the dimensions of digital governance (technology infrastructure and operational processes, management and authorities, accountability and transparency, digital risk management) combined on digital transformation at the University of Ghardaia. To achieve this goal, the descriptive analytical approach was followed, relying on a questionnaire that was distributed to a purposive sample of 80 administrative officials concerned with digital transformation activities at the university. The study reached several results, the most important of which was: There was significant impact of the following dimensions of digital governance: information technology infrastructure, management and authorities, and digital risk management on digital transformation at the University of Ghardaia, It was also found that there was no significant effect of the accountability and transparency dimension on digital transformation at the University of Ghardaia.
