الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز فضل أهل اليمن، وأن لهم قدم صدق في نصرة الإسلام، وأن إسلامهم كان طواعية، وتبين حكم بلاد اليمن، وتبين الخلاف في تحديد جهات اليمن. Abstract This study aims to highlight the ruling on the presence of Jews, Christians, and others in the Arabian Peninsula, and to show the disagreement in defining the Arabian Peninsula and that the most convincing is that it means Najd, Hijaz, and Yemen, and that only the religion of Islam exists in the Arabian Peninsula. As for the one who enters for the need of the Muslims, such as a craftsman, a doctor, or others, then it is permissible for him to enter the island for the need.
