الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر النزاعات الدولية الحديثة بأنها ظاهرة اجتماعية سياسية شديدة التعقيد والتشابك بسبب حركيتها وديناميكيتها، وتعدد أطرافها وتنوعهم بين الداخلي والخارجي مما تؤدي إلى تعدد أسبابها ومظاهرها وأبعادها، كما يصعب متابعة تفاعلاتها في حالة صعودها . ولا نستطيع معرفة التفاعلات الداخلية واثر الانقسام للدول الا اذا تتبعنا العوامل الخارجية سواء كانت إقليمية أو دولية وما لها من دور قوي ومؤثر و فاعل في الصراعات الداخلية للدول، إلا أن نجاح هذه العوامل الخارجية في نمو الصراعات الداخلية للدول لم يكن ليتم لولا وجود العوامل الداخلية للنزاعات الداخلية للدول فالأصل هو قابلية البيئة الداخلية للتفاعل السلبي مع المؤثرات الخارجية والاستثناء وهذا يودي الي التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول. Abstract: Modern international conflicts are considered a highly complex and intertwined socio-political phenomenon due to their dynamism and dynamism, and the multiplicity of their parties and their diversity between internal and external, which leads to the multiplicity of its causes, manifestations and dimensions.
